I entered the real estate sector in an unconventional way.

I didn't come into the sector following the usual script. I came in to redefine the way real estate professionals understand and apply the customer experience. From there, it was born beex.

Today, I am consultant, trainer and speaker, accompanying the sector to evolve with purpose, with method and with a vision for the future.

I have travelled the country inspiring agents to put the client at the centre, to work with method, with vision, with soul... but also with profitability. And then, I saw a new need. A shared frustration.

Trapped investors in a saturated local market, unprofitable, worried about squatters and changing legislation. Real estate agents looking for product that no longer exists.

And I, like so many people, seeing clear opportunities outside, but with no one to approach them with rigour, confidence and strategy.

Thus was born EMIRATIKA.

I don't want to be a traditional real estate agency. I want to be a bridge. A bridge between people who want to grow and one of the most powerful, profitable and secure markets in the world: Dubái.

With EMIRATIKA, I help investors to diversify with criteria and agents to expand their offer without leaving Spain.
